Colette Lalonde. Lettie’s Vegan Fine Foods has been perfecting the most decadent cashew cheezes and cheezecakes for 6 years now. Varieties include Cheddar Inspired, Brie-free, Roasted Garlic and Herb Cream Cheeze and a shredable pizza cheeze, Nutzarella. The very popular Lemon Lust Cheezecake joined Lettie’s line up a couple of years ago and it’s a melt in your mouth delight that is sure to impress every guest at the table, dairy free or not. All products are frozen fresh and ingredients are carefully selected and as locally grown as possible. Lettie’s has created an alternative, creating a choice. Come on by and sample it for yourself!
